Switzerland, January 2010
June 2006 we decided to accept the company´s new position for the new adventure in USA.
We sold the car, packed our suitcases, locked our house, had dinner with our friends and got on BA flight to Los Angeles, from our home in Athens.
We lived in Los Angeles for a year and we enjoyed the green views of Beverly Hills, Belair, Westwood, Holywood and Santa Monica. Ector came on board in 2006, our Golden Retriever from North Carolina.
We then decided that we wanted to see route 66, the Grand Canyon, the Monument Valley, the Rockies and the fields in Kansas. We drove all the way to Chicago and we stopped there for a few months. We moved to a nice new apartment downtown, Lake Shore Drive up to floor 45, with a beautiful view of lake Michigan and the Navy Pier.
We enjoyed our stay in the US and we are sure we will be coming back some day. We have posted pictures from our travels there, so our family and friends can enjoy our adventures too.
September 2007 we moved back home to Athens, redone the house, met our friends again, bought new homes, planned new adventures and finally started our new company.
We loved our time in the US and now we love being back to Athens. We will be posting pics from our travels in Greece and other countries, of our families, friends and famous Ector. We hope you like them.
